What happens now
Stripe sends the receipt and the tax invoice (ABN, GST included) straight away. If it is not in your inbox in ten minutes, check junk.
Within one working day you receive one email with the six PDFs: four pocket guides, the Practitioner Handbook and the Coach's & Facilitator's Companion, plus a one-page note on how a team uses them.
Store the files and share them inside your organisation for training, supervision and facilitated sessions, and print copies for licensed users. No resale, sub-licensing or public posting.
While you wait
Pick the first moment. Most teams start with Cultural Safety Essentials at the next induction or team meeting: one page, one small move named out loud, "This week I will."
If you lead the sessions, the Companion's first pages are for you before anyone else: the facilitator's own reflection comes first.
